All gift cards are non-refundable and will not be transferred for any cash value. Purchased Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and can be redeemed for all Services and Boutique items. Gift Cards that are gifted from Oasis (Rewards Card) will only be honored until the specified expiration date and can only be used on regularly priced items and Services. .

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 Hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to $50. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. Consistent No-Shows and Same-Day cancellations will require a credit card/deposit to hold your appointment and cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

Deposits may be required if you are scheduled for services, Special Offers or Events. Deposits will be used towards your scheduled services that required the initial deposit. In the event that you No Show an appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and will no longer be accessible.
